Download MT5 from your broker or the official MetaQuotes source, then log in with your account server details.

Steps

1) Download MT5 only from your broker's official website or the official app store. 2) Install and open it. 3) Choose File → Login to Trade Account. 4) Enter the login number, password and server name provided by your broker.
